I would like everyone to have a look at this: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/7427206.stm
Now, some questions if I may. I hadn't heard of Michelle Malkin before seeing this article, so I presumed she must be some ignorant pratt with not much to do and so spends her time campaigning against everything, you know, those part time fundamentalists who no one really listens to. Turns out she's some kind of relatively well known journalist who commentates on things like politics. Is that not a little irresponsible to allow someone with so obviously little knowledge of the world outside of America to inform people's political opinions?
It's one thing to be conservative, although she certainly is that, but quite another to mix that conservatism with staggering levels of ignorance. For example, apparently wearing a piece of traditional Arab clothing, worn by millions of Muslims, "lead[s] to the mainstreaming of violence".
Malkin must have choked on her Freedom Fries when she saw such brazen terrorist propaganda on US TV, I mean whatever next, replacing the stars with a hammer and sickle?!
I fail to see how, because some very bad men sometimes wear a keffiya, that garment then becomes symbolic of violence. Most terrorists I've seen have also been wearing trousers, so I guess I should change into shorts before SO19 start lobbing flashbangs through my window.
I think what Malkin's done here is to link violence and murder to, well, nearly all Arabs, which is quite an impressive feat. The scariest thing about it though is that there is undoubtedly going to be a lot of people listening to her, the ad was pulled after all. All we can do is hope that there's just as many people thinking "Wow, what a stupid bitch".
It is probably safe to say that Malkin's never seen an Arab in real life, to her they're that far away evil of mythical proportions because she's only ever seen them on the TV holding a gun.
Michelle love, turn off Fox News and get out of the house, maybe do a bit of travelling. You'll soon discover that most of the world's evil is in your own country.
